As we begin our 2008-2009 dance season, we would like to welcome back all our old and new students. Please feel free to ask if you have any questions.

If you would like a payment booklet fro your costume and monthly payments please pick it up at the front desk. The booklet begins with the month of October. There will be a late fee of $15.00 if tuition is not paid by the 1st of the month, and for any returned checks a $25.00 fee.

For your convenience, you may mail your payment, drop it in the tuition box at the front desk or put it in mail slot located to the left of our front door. If there is no one at the front desk and you have a question, please feel free to drop a not in the tuition box and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Some dates to mark on your calendar:

• Costume money is due in one installment on November 6th, 2008. The fee for a costume is $69.00. Some adult/teen costumes may run a few extra dollars due to sizes. All students will be responsible for this payment unless they inform us they are not performing in the recital. If you are not performing in the June recital, you must hand in a written notice to the manager, Val by November 1, 2008. You may leave the notice in the tuition box if she is unavailable during your class time.
  
  
• Our Annual Holiday party for all BBDC students will be on a Saturday in December. You will receive a notice in November with more details.
  
  
• Our Annual Recitals will be held at North Hunterdon High School on Saturday, June 13th. There will be 3 performances on that day, 11:30 am, 3:00 pm, and 6:30 pm. Each dancer will be performing in one recital with the exception of dancers that take more than one dance class. These students could be in several recitals.
  Each year we try our best to have siblings in the same recital, but it does not always work out. We will not be taking requests for which show you would like to be in, please keep the whole day free. Tickets go on sale in May. Dates TBA.
  
  
• Dress Rehearsals will be at North Hunterdon High School on June 8th and 9th. Each class will be given a specific day and time to be there. At that time, group pictures will also be taken after each group rehearses on stage. Solo pictures will be taken in May (Date TBA) at BBDC. A sign up sheet will be at the front desk.
  
  
• Toddler I In-House Recital will take place at BBDC on Sunday, June 7th. Times will be given out to each class in April. The costume fee is $36.00, due November 6th, 2008.

Please check your dancer's bag for notices. Do not park or drop your child off at the front door or you will be ticketed. In case of inclement weather, Saturday and Wednesday morning classes will receive a snow chain. All afternoon and evening classes can call BBDC by 1:00 pm for information.
